BUILDER IS CHEATER AND ALL THEIR PROJECTS ARE WORST Almost all buildings in every project of this builder has serious leakage issues, construction issues, delayed possession and doesn't give promised amenities. Lots of complaints against this builder in MahaRERA and I have also filed complaints. I urge everyone having issues in any project of this builder to file complaint in MahaRERA for interest or construction issues. All 5 star reviews are from their own staff. Think 100 times before buying in Samrin Group projects.

Nice project at a prime location, bought one unit few years back in 2019. Builder must focus on initiation of providing partial OC's for its S3 building as it's construction is almost near completion per Sales manager, thereby removing one star, rest seems good.

Rather than saying sorry to someone, stop noise polluting cement mixture work asap. Today 18th oct at 11.15pm you are still irritating by those noises. What so rush making your entrance. Itna time to building banane me nahi dala jitna podium and entrance gate me dal rahe. Jeena haram kiya hai din rat noise pollution.

Thane's best Location project, beautifull lake view, amazing peshwai theam elevation, good quality & true commitment, bigger carpet & lavish rooms. All over this is A1 project

POSSESSION DATE OF FLATS IN BUILDING S3 WAS DECEMBER 2023 HOWEVER NEITHER POSSESSION GIVEN TILL 22.01.2024 NOR ANY WRITTEN COMMUNICATION FROM BUILDER CUSTOMER IS TAKEN FOR GRANTED.

Thane 's best project I ever saw ,superb sales staff,superb services provided & Really it is Royal Homes,after I visited samrin Heritage great feeling of Royal lifestyles,awesome kachrali lake view from top .bigger carpet with bigger dry balconies.
